Welcome to Raysha Gems. By accessing or using our website and services, placing an order, or engaging with agents of Raysha Gems, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Whenever you visit the Raysha Gems website, communicate with us, or place an order with our team, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions. We kindly ask that you read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
Throughout these Terms, the words “Raysha Gems,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the company operating this website and supplying products. The term “you” refers to the customer, visitor, or user of our website.
By accessing or using the Raysha Gems website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our website, as well as any purchases or services obtained through it, and form the complete agreement between you and Raysha Gems regarding this subject matter.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once they are published on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically, as continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are accurately represented and available at the time of purchase. However, occasional stock discrepancies or system errors may occur. In such cases, Raysha Gems reserves the right to cancel the order or, with your consent, offer an alternative product of comparable quality and value. If an order is cancelled due to unavailability, any payment made will be fully refunded.
All prices displayed at checkout are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are final and non-negotiable. We take great care to ensure accurate pricing; however, in the rare event a pricing error or system mistake occurs, Raysha Gems reserves the right to cancel the order or refuse fulfillment of the incorrectly priced item. In such circumstances, any payment already made will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Prices may be adjusted or updated at any time without prior notice. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing discrepancy, the refund issued will constitute the full extent of Raysha Gems’ responsibility.
Raysha Gems may, from time to time, provide promotions or discount codes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
We are committed to offering exceptional value while maintaining the quality and standards expected of the Raysha Gems brand.
Raysha Gems sources diamonds exclusively from legitimate, verified suppliers operating in compliance with international trade regulations. We adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme , applicable UN resolutions, and recognized global ethical sourcing standards.
Raysha Gems requires written warranties from our suppliers confirming that all diamonds provided are conflict-free and lawfully traded.
Furthermore, Raysha Gems does not procure diamonds originating from Russia or from entities directly or indirectly linked to Russian diamond production or trade, in alignment with applicable sanctions, trade guidance, and ethical industry expectations.
This commitment forms an integral part of our procurement policy and supplier agreements.
Due to professional photography techniques, lighting, and individual screen settings, product images may appear slightly larger, smaller, brighter, or more detailed than the actual item. In some cases, images may be magnified to highlight craftsmanship and clarity.
We strongly encourage customers to rely on the listed specifications — including size, weight, measurements, and grading information — rather than images alone when making a purchasing decision. Visuals are provided for representation purposes and should not be considered an exact scale reference.
By placing an order with Raysha Gems, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate, valid, and authorized for use. You agree that all charges incurred will be honored by your chosen payment provider, and that you are responsible for paying the full transaction amount, including any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees as displayed at checkout.
All payments must be successfully processed and verified before an order is confirmed and dispatched
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available in full on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy at the time of purchase, as it may be updated periodically
All approved returns must be sent back with their original documentation, including grading certificates and any accompanying paperwork. Returns submitted without an original diamond grading report may be subject to a replacement document fee of €200.
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return. This may include bespoke or customized items, special orders, and select rare or unique diamonds that are classified as final sale. Insurance replacement items are not covered under the return policy.
Where rush or special-accommodation orders are accepted,a restocking fee of 10% may apply if the item is returned. In such cases, the fee may be issued as a store credit, which can be used toward an exchange or a future purchase and does not expire.
When purchasing a loose diamond of 0.30 ct and above, your stone may be accompanied by an official diamond grading certificate issued by a recognized, independent gemological laboratory. These certificates provide expert evaluation of the diamond’s characteristics and are highly valuable documents.
Because certification documents are costly and cannot simply be reissued without expense, any return of a certified diamond must include the original grading report. If a return is made without the certificate,a replacement fee of €100 will be applied to cover the cost of obtaining a new document.
We strongly encourage customers to keep their certificates safe, as they form an important part of the diamond’s identification and value record.
