If your diamond is ever chipped or damaged under normal, everyday conditions, Raysha Gems will repair or replace it at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Simply contact Raysha Gems to arrange the return of your damaged item together with the original purchase invoice. Once received, our experts will carefully inspect the stone. If a replacement is required, we will provide a diamond of comparable size and quality. A processing fee of €100 applies, plus shipping costs.
If a loose diamond was originally purchased, we are happy to mount your replacement stone into your setting for €50, plus shipping where applicable.
The Raysha Gems Lifetime Guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
